My best (press) trip:
…was a trip with my Dad to Australia. Sydney, Outback, Fraser Island. Around 3,000 kms in 10 days. Old tent, old car, sun, sand and millions of flies. The best was, however, to watch my Dad experience the whole wide world. It was his first ever flight, straight to the other side of the globe.
My most favourite souvenir:
Snow globes. The collection was born with a trip to Lake Tegernsee. Today, all kind of international buildings and sights in snowy water decorate my book case.
Lessons Learnt:
It took me 16 years in beautiful Australia to appreciate the beauty of my home country Germany. Not only the diversity of landscapes, but also the experience of the four seasons is something very special. ‚Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave, and grow old wanting to get back to.’
The Destination of my dreams:
Cruising 650 miles in a cool convertible sports car along California’s Highway No 1, and, walk the 6-day-Overland-Track in the Tasmanian Cradle Mountain National Park.
