After KLM, Air UK was our second airline client in the early 90ies. We supported them during a very dynamic business period, when new routes were launched from London Stansted to Germany. For the launch of the new routes, we organized regional press conferences, organized welcome receptions for the inaugural guests and invited regional travel trade to info events together with partners from the UK. Long before Murder Mystery Dinners became popular, we created “Sherlock Holmes Mystery Nights” for travel agents as a new way to provide product information.
Our cooperation ended when Air UK was taken over by KLM and continued operations as KLM UK between Amsterdam Schiphol and regional UK airports.
