Europe’s fourth largest Airport and KLM’s home base was T&A client from 1993 till 2006. During that time Schiphol grew from just 21 Mio to 43 Mio passengers. It was the time when Schiphol opened up the first Casino and Museum ever built in an airport, developed shopping malls that are a must nowadays for any large airport and tripled its airport facilities without abandoning the one terminal concept. During that time we managed to convince many journalists that airports can definitely be more than just a place for changing aircrafts.
