In 1993 Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, founding client of T&A, wrote airline history by forming the first European-American airline alliance ever. This was the moment when we became also responsible for PR for NW. From the PR point of view it was quite challenging to support their joint product developments without loosing their own identities. We were also responsible for crisis communication. Our assignment for NW ended when NW became fully integrated into Delta.
